Simple Fruit Smoothie with a dash of Kale.
First buy your favorite fruits or just buy a bag of frozen fruit. Remember check the back of the packaging to see if there are additional sugar added. We don’t want that one for sure. Get the bag of frozen mix fruit with no sugar added.
Then take out your favorite blender. My choice is the Vitamix which is a bit pricey; however, it is the best one on the market.
Use 1 cup of Liquid to 2 cups of Frozen Fruit.
Your liquid could consist of a milk - almond milk - coconut milk - oat milk or just water.
I prefer oat milk.
FYI: I don’t use ice because I use frozen fruit.
- 1 cup of oat milk
- 2 cups frozen fruit (mixed berry, tropical blend, or just strawberries, bananas or blueberries)
- Handful of washed Kale
FYI: Don’t forget to remove the stems on the kale
Blend on High and Drink.
It’s healthy and delicious.
